Healing Lives Solutions (HLS) -Svast has received it’s first batch of patients from Tashkent, Uzbekistan to Delhi after the HLS’ patients with serious illness were granted visa by the Indian Embassy in Uzbekistan under special request.
The patients were relieved when they finally landed and exited the Delhi airport. “We were nervous as we were travelling under special permission during Covid when all International flights are suspended. The smooth communication by HLS-Svast across all levels at Tashkent airport, Dubai Airport, Uzbekistan Airways, Air Vistara and finally at Delhi Airports Authority helped us to travel and land in Delhi safely and smoothly.”
India is one of the most popular Medical travel destination country to which patients from Middle East, CIS countries, SAARC countries where healthcare infrastructure is broken, and also from far off countries like USA and Canada where the cost of healthcare is very expensive.
“There are 4 batches in line who are looking forward to landing in Delhi through HLS-Svast within the next 7 days. They were waiting for us to land successfully in Delhi after which they have done their bookings.” said one of the network partners of HLS in Uzbekistan.
Mr. Shah Khalilur Rahman, COO of HLS-Svast said “Normal tourism can take time to reopen. We are into Medical travel and it is very important for us to help patients at each step to help them get their medical care. We are happy that we are the first Medical travel company in India to help patients land in Delhi after the lockdown.”
He added “HLS-Svast is working on landing similar batches from Uzbekistan and Oman in few days. We are also working on few groups of patients and their attendant from Iraq by the 3rd or 4th week of September for which the announcement will be made soon. A detailed schedule will be announced in few days.”
